How do I edit a product already online?

To edit or delete a product that’s already online, you have a couple of options:

  1. Email Support: You can send an email to ProductHelp@jwpepper.com requesting the changes you'd like to make to your product.

  2. Use the Help Widget: If you’re logged into your account, you can use the Help widget on the Score portal to directly contact support and ask for the edits or deletions.
