How should Instrumental ePrint and POD files be named?

Instrumental files require additional detail so that individual parts are identified correctly.

File names must include:

1. Product number
2. Underscore (_)
3. Two‑digit sequential number
   • 00 = Score
   • Subsequent numbers for parts, in score order
4. Underscore (_)
5. Full title of the piece
6. Name of the individual part

All sequential numbers must be two digits (use a leading zero).

Examples:

• JWP123_00_The Title of the Piece Score.pdf
• JWP123_01_The Title of the Piece Violin I.pdf
• JWP123_02_The Title of the Piece Violin II.pdf
• JWP123_03_The Title of the Piece Viola.pdf
• JWP123_04_The Title of the Piece Cello.pdf
• JWP123_05_The Title of the Piece Bass.pdf
