How do I upload an asset for an existing item?

To upload assets for a single existing product, please follow the steps below:

1. When you arrive at the Publisher Portal, click on Catalog at the top right in between Home and Upload. Here you will see all the products we have in our system for the Brand you have selected.
2. Search for the item in the search bar of the Catalog to find the product I have requested assets. If you don't see the item after searching, you may need to switch the Brand you are using by utilizing the dropdown at the top next to "Home".
3. Click on the Pencil icon at the top right of that product. This brings you to the Catalog Edit screen.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Contact Support.
5. Fill out the form - in the Description field text box, you can detail what updates you need us to make to this product or what is included in your upload.
   1. In this text box, it’s best to include what type of assets are in your upload such as Cover Image, Audio, ePrint, or POD files.
6. Add your file(s) to the upload area within the form beneath the "Take screenshot" button. You can do this by clicking that field and selecting your files or by dragging and dropping. If you are uploading multiple files for the same item (such as a set of parts), please compress all of them into a .zip folder. You will then be able to upload the .zip there.
7. Complete the reCAPTCHA by clicking the box.
8. Click Send
